Finger foods for unicorn party

Planning a unicorn themed birthday party and wondering what foods will go down a treat? Then think rainbows, hundreds and thousands and lots and lots of COLOUR! Here are a few ideas to get you started!

Firstly, strawberries dipped in white chocolate with hundreds and thousands will brighten up any table. Secondly, add some cupcakes with bright icing, think purple, pink, yellow, blue, and green. And who can go past fairy bread (white bread with butter and hundreds and thousands sprinkled on top)? Unicorn it up by using a unicorn cookie cutter.

Next let’s make some unicorn horns using ice cream cones dipped in white chocolate and sprinkles and could be filled with popcorn. And lastly, how about unicorn doodie – yes doodie! Make rainbow meringues using pink, light blue and yellow food colouring – first make the meringue mixture, separate mixture into three bowls, add a drop of food colouring to each bowl (one bowl pink, one bowl light blue and one bowl yellow),  put one spoonful from each bowl into piping bag and pipe meringues, then bake!

And you’re ready to go! Check out our unicorn themed birthday party box for decorations as colourful as your food.
